Who we are. PlayNest is run by Xandcorp Ltd, trading as PlayNest Games. “We” in these terms means Xandcorp Ltd. Questions, refunds or account help: support@playnestgame.com.

Age. You must be 13 or older to play.

Virtual items. Coins, lives, boosters, dice, twigs, cards and other in-game items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, sold, or transferred to another account, and are not refundable once used. Purchases are final except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in our games can be won as a real-world prize.

Where games are available. Some games are not offered in some places. Today that is: Bingo Nest: Washington State (USA). We may change this list when the law or our reading of it changes. If a game isn't available where you are, you may not play it, and you may not buy items for it.

Your location, VPNs and proxies. We use your network location to decide which games you can play. You agree not to use a VPN, proxy, relay or any other means to hide or misrepresent your location in order to reach a game that isn't offered where you are. If we find that an account has played a restricted game from a place where it isn't offered, we may suspend that account. Purchases made in breach of this section may not be refunded.

Inviting friends. Invite rewards are virtual items like any other and have no cash value. A friend counts once, only when they are new to PlayNest, and only when they play the account themselves. Creating extra accounts, inviting yourself, or trading or buying invites to collect rewards is not allowed; we may withhold or remove those rewards and suspend the accounts involved. Invite rewards are limited per month and we may change them.

Fair play. Exploits, automation and chargeback abuse lead to account suspension.

Changes. Games, rewards and prices can change. We'll keep the economy as fair as we can.
